摘要: 介绍了家用制冷压缩机电机的结构,对制冷压缩机电机烧毁典型现象进行了归类。针对家用制冷压缩机电机烧毁的现象,通过建立电机模型和外电路耦合的方法,试验分析电机在过载、绕组匝间短路、绕组相间短路情况下的绕组温度分布情况,找出电机绕组烧毁的根本原因。便于后期对制冷压缩机电机烧毁故障针对性的提出改善方案。

Abstract: This article introduces the structure of household refrigeration compressor motor, and classifies the typical phenomena of motor burnout. Aiming at the phenomenon of motor burnout in household refrigeration compressor, through the method of establishing motor model and external circuit coupling, the distribution of winding temperature under overload, short circuit between windings, short circuit between windings is analyzed experimentally, and the root cause of motor winding burnout is found out. It is convenient to put forward improvement scheme for motor burnout fault of refrigeration compressor in later period.
