蒸汽在滚筒洗衣机中的应用研究

摘要: 基于某型号滚筒洗衣机,阐述了其蒸汽发生的基本原理,并以蒸汽为研究对象,从试验出发对标准衣物进行蒸汽护理。通过比较蒸汽护理前和护理后衣物褶皱及蓬松的变化程度,同时,通过蒸汽处理前后衣物异味的消减程度来评价蒸汽的除味性能,通过计算微生物的消亡率来评价蒸汽的杀菌性能。研究发现,衣物在通过蒸汽护理后,在除皱、蓬松性能上有较为显著的效果,褶皱等级差≥3.5,蓬松比≥0.95。并且,蒸汽对衣物的除味、除菌同样表现出非常显著的效果,除菌率≥98%,除味效果≥4.6。该项研究详细分析了蒸汽的作用,同时为蒸汽护理衣物提供了一种准确合理的参考依据。

Abstract: Based on a certain model of drum washing machine, the basic principle of steam generation is explained, and steam is used as the research object, and then the standard clothes are treated with steam from the experiment. By comparing the degree of changes in the wrinkles and fluff of the clothes before and after the steam treatment, at the same time, the deodorization performance of the steam is evaluated by the degree of reduction of the odor of the clothes before and after the steam treatment, and the sterilization performance of the steam is evaluated by calculating the extinction rate of microorganisms. Studies have found that after steam treatment, clothing has a significant effect on wrinkle removal and bulkiness, with a wrinkle grade difference ≥3.5 and a bulkiness ratio≥0.95. In addition, the steam also shows a very impressive effect in deodorizing and sterilizing clothes, with a sterilization rate of ≥98%, and a deodorizing effect of ≥4.6. The study analyzed the effects of steam in detail and provided an accurate and reasonable basis for steam care of clothing.
