Abstract: Under the background of the dual carbon goals, carbon emission management in the home appliance industry has become a critical aspect that cannot be overlooked. Based on the principles of clear-objective, completeness, appropriate hierarchy and clear division for constructing standard system, The current national standards, industry standards, and group standards in the field of green and low-carbon in home appliance industry were systematically summarized and analyzed by fully drawing on current policy guidance. The scope and specific content of these standards were comprehensively reviewed, and the standards were classified and stratified by systematic decomposition method. The existing problems and missing standards were summarized aligning closely with the construction needs of the green and low-carbon standard system for the home appliance industry. Based on the existing research and addressing its gap, a multi-dimensional framework and development pathway for a green and low-carbon standard system in home appliance industry covering materials, manufacturing, technologies, devices, industrial chains and management was proposed with the goal of achieving a closed-loop system. The aim is to guide the home appliance industry's transition toward low-carbon development.
