摘要: 压缩机密封结构对压缩机性能影响较大,为了研究金属密封环在压缩机上的密封效果,对金属密封环的设计进行了静力学仿真及泄漏量计算。通过仿真研究分析了介质压力差和初始压缩率对C形密封环结构和性能的影响规律。结果表明,C形环压缩率不大于5%时可实现完全回弹。通过理论计算,求解出C形密封环在不同介质压力差下的泄漏率,为后续压缩机用金属密封环的设计与性能计算提供参考。

Abstract: The sealing structure of compressor has great influence on compressor performance. In order to study the sealing effect of metal sealing ring on compressor, the static simulation and leakage calculation of metal sealing ring were carried out. The effects of pressure difference and initial compression rate on the structure and performance of C-shaped sealing ring are analyzed by simulation. The results show that full rebound can be achieved when the compression ratio of C-ring is less than 5%. Through theoretical calculation, the leakage rate of C-shaped sealing ring under different media pressure difference is obtained, which provides reference for the design and performance calculation of the metal sealing ring for the compressor.
