电流检测方案实现冰箱检测制冰储水盒状态的方案研究

摘要: 冰箱通过主控板软件检测,判断水泵供水时电流大小,进而判断储水盒是否有水。当判定水盒有水时,水盒加热丝按照开机率正常工作;反之,水盒加热丝关闭。该方案不仅能够解全球疫情背景下,决红外传感器缺货问题,还能够更为精确地控制水盒加热丝开停,实现冰箱节能的目的。

Abstract: The refrigerator is detected by the main control board software to judge the current when the water pump is supplying water, and then judge whether there is water in the water storage box. When it is determined that there is water in the water box, the heating wire of the water box works normally according to the startup rate; On the contrary, the heating wire of the water box is closed. The scheme can not only solve the problem of shortage of infrared sensors under the background of global epidemic, but also more accurately control the start and stop of heating wire of water box, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving of refrigerator.
