滚筒洗衣机撞筒移位分析及优化研究

Analysis and optimization of the collision and displacement of drum washing machine

摘要: 针对滚筒洗衣机在脱水阶段振动很大,容易发生撞筒、移位的问题,使用LMS振动测试系统对某款滚筒洗衣机的筒体进行振动测试,分析得出是玻璃碗设计不合理的原因,且提出了增大玻璃碗锥度的优化设计方案。通过增大玻璃碗锥度,可以扩大脱水时滚筒的运动空间,使滚筒在水平和垂直方向的运动范围从24 mm扩大到35 mm,且不与玻璃碗发生碰撞,从而有效改善滚筒洗衣机脱水阶段出现的撞筒、移位问题。

Abstract: Aiming at the collision and displacement caused by the strong vibration in the dehydration stage of drum washing machine, applies the LMS vibration test system to vibration tests on the cylinder of a certain drum washing machine. The analysis on the test data proves the reason is the design of the glass bowl is unreasonable, and increasing the taper of the glass bowl is put forward as an optimized scheme. By increasing the taper of the glass bowl, the movement space of the roller during dehydration can be enlarged from 24 mm to 35 mm horizontally and vertically and the roller won't collide with the glass bowl, so as to effectively alleviate the collision and displacement of drum washing machine during dehydration.
