冰箱助吸器疲劳寿命的仿真与实验研究

摘要: 冰箱助吸器能够有效助力关门,解决关门过程中门体出现悬停或关不严而产生漏冷的问题。冰箱助吸器在多次重复性开关门过程中,不断承受交变载荷的作用,助吸器可能会发生疲劳断裂,影响冰箱正常开关门。因此需要分析冰箱助吸器的疲劳寿命,使其满足可靠性要求。首先建立了助吸器三维静态结构仿真模型,计算了助吸器在开关门过程中的应变分布和变化趋势。然后实验测试了助吸器在开关门过程中的应变变化。在10万次的开关门实验测试过程中,助吸器在关门和开门过程中的应变曲线呈现对称分布,应变呈现先增大后减小的趋势。根据实验测试的应变数据校准仿真的应变值,为疲劳寿命计算提供准确的疲劳载荷。最后进行助吸器疲劳寿命计算,找出了最易发生疲劳断裂的位置,从而指导助吸器的可靠性设计。

Abstract: The refrigerator suction assisting device can effectively help people close the door, which solves the problem of cold leakage caused by the door hovering or not closing tightly during the door closing process. In the process of repeatedly opening and closing the door of the refrigerator, the suction assisting device is constantly subjected to alternating loads. The suction assisting device may be fatigued and fractured, which affects the normal opening and closing of the refrigerator door. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the fatigue life of the refrigerator suction assisting device to make it meet the reliability requirements. Firstly, a three-dimensional static structure simulation model of the suction assisting device is established. The distribution and variation trend of the strain of the suction assisting device in the process of opening and closing the refrigerator door are calculated. Then, the variation trend of the strain of the suction assisting device during the refrigerator door opening and closing process is experimentally tested. During the 100000 refrigerator door opening and closing experimental test, the strain curve of the suction assisting device in the process of closing and opening the refrigerator door shows a symmetrical distribution, and the strain shows a trend of increasing first and then decreasing. The simulated strain values are calibrated against experimentally strain values to provide accurate fatigue loads for fatigue life calculations. Finally, the fatigue life of the suction assisting device is calculated, and the locations most prone to fatigue fracture are found to guide the reliability design of the suction assisting device.
