银粉对光敏导电银浆紫外固化性能的影响

Effect of silver powder on UV curing property of photosensitive conductive silver paste

摘要: 以超细银粉为导电填充相,研究了4种不同种类银粉的形貌、用量对光敏导电银浆的流变性能、显影分辨率及导电性能的影响。结果发现,银浆体系中银粉的粒径越小,浆料的触变性越强,堆积密度大的银粉容易形成致密烧结膜层,导电性能好,银浆方阻最小可以达到3.1 mΩ/□;选择高振实密度、低比表面积、高分散性、分布均匀、表面光滑度高的银粉有助于高分辨率电极的制作;综合考虑光敏导电银浆的电极分辨率和导电性能,当银粉质量分数为80%时能够满足要求。

Abstract: Using superfine silver powder as conductive filling phase, the effects of morphology and dosage of four different kinds of silver powders on rheological properties, developing resolution and electrical properties of photosensitive conductive silver paste were studied. The results show that the smaller the particle size of silver powder in the silver paste system, the stronger the thixotropy of the paste, the higher the accumulation density of silver powder is easy to form a dense sintering conjunctival layer, good electrical conductivity, the minimum square resistance of silver paste can reach 3.1 mΩ/□. The selection of silver powder with high density, low specific surface area, high dispersion, uniform distribution and high surface smoothness is helpful for the fabrication of high resolution electrode. Considering the electrode resolution and conductivity of photosensitive conductive silver paste comprehensively, the requirements can be met when the mass fraction of silver powder is 80%.
