摘要: 基于透明类注塑成型产品的气泡缺陷,围绕出现类型、形成原因、优化方向、优化措施、改善效果等几个方面,结合具体产品进行了分析、仿真与验证。从产品、材料、模具、注塑工艺四个维度得出了气泡缺陷改善措施,为后续设计开发此类产品累积一定的技术积淀。

Abstract: Based on the bubble defects of transparent injection molding products, the analysis, simulation and verification were carried out in combination with specific products in combination with the types of defects, the causes of formation, the optimization direction, the optimization measures, and the improvement effect. From the four dimensions of product, material, mold and injection molding process, certain bubble defect improvement measures were obtained, and certain technical accumulation was carried out for the subsequent design and development of such products.
