伴随拓扑优化设计方法在吸油烟机流道中的应用研究

摘要: 通过提供简化计算策略,实现吸油烟机整机系统的伴随拓扑优化计算及应用研究,并通过试验测试进行优化构型的可靠性验证。优化结果显示,在离心风机进风口两侧的流道内出现显著的构型特征;相比于原始流道,拓扑构型流道内低速漩涡区更远离风机进风口,减弱了进风口阻塞程度,实现气动性能的提升;试验数据表明,拓扑优化流道主要影响大流量工况下的气动性能,400 W风量增加0.65 m3/min,最大全压效率提升0.93%;噪声频谱显示,拓扑构型流道能够降低以气动噪声为主的高频段声压,其整机工作噪声降低1.14 dB(A)。综上,采用伴随拓扑优化方法,并通过简化计算策略所获得的拓扑构型具有一定的可靠性,为吸油烟机整机性能优化提供有效的参考依据。

Abstract: By providing simplified computational strategies, this study achieves the concurrent topological optimization of the entire range hood system and its application research, and validates the reliability of the optimized configuration through experimental testing. The optimization results show significant configuration characteristics in the flow channels on both sides of the centrifugal fan inlet; compared to the original flow channel, the low-speed vortex area in the topological configuration channel is further away from the fan inlet, reducing the inlet blockage and enhancing aerodynamic performance. Experimental data indicate that the topologically optimized channel mainly affects aerodynamic performance under high flow conditions, with an increase of 0.65 m³/min at 400 W air volume and an improvement of 0.93% in maximum total pressure efficiency. Noise spectrum analysis shows that the topological configuration channel can reduce the sound pressure in the high-frequency range dominated by aerodynamic noise, resulting in a reduction of 1.14 dB(A) in the overall working noise of the system. In summary, the topological configuration obtained through the adjoint topological optimization method and simplified computational strategies has a certain degree of reliability, providing an effective reference for the performance optimization of the entire range hood system.
