滚筒洗衣机内筒部件的研究与应用

Research and application of inner cylinder components in drum washing machines

摘要: 滚筒洗衣机通过众多洗涤模式提高衣物的洗净程度,除了洗涤模式以外,滚筒洗衣机的内筒结构及拨水叶结构也会影响衣物的洗净程度,内筒部件又影响着整机的能耗。为了提升洗衣机洗净比,降低整机能耗,本研究依据最速降线原理,通过理论分析、创新设计并在整机上应用了一款新型内筒部件,搭建洗衣机能耗测试平台,实验验证了洗衣机在洗涤过程中,拨水叶实现喷淋功能,内筒压型的结构有利于快速排水、甩干,将整机洗净比提高至1.10水平,并远超国家规定的1.03一级能效标准,耗电量每周期0.72 kW·h,比同类产品降低5.1%,耗水量为56 L/(cycle·kg),比同类产品降低12.2%,降低了整机能耗,用户体验显著提升。

Abstract: Drum washing machine through many washing modes to improve the washing degree of clothes, in addition to the washing mode, drum washing machine inner cylinder structure and water blade structure also affect the washing degree of clothes, inner cylinder components and affect the energy consumption of the whole machine. In order to improve the washing ratio of the washing machine and reduce the energy consumption of the whole machine, this study based on the principle of the fastest falling line, through theoretical analysis, innovative design and application of a new inner barrel component on the whole machine, set up a washing machine energy consumption test platform, and verified that the washing machine can realize the spray function during the washing process, and the inner barrel pressure structure is conducive to rapid drainage and drying. The cleaning ratio of the whole machine is increased to 1.10 level, far exceeding the 1.03 level energy efficiency standard stipulated by the state. The power consumption is 0.72 kW·h per cycle, which is 5.1% lower than that of similar products, and the water consumption is 56 L/(cycle·kg), which is 12.2% lower than that of similar products, which reduces the energy consumption of the whole machine and significantly improves the user experience.
