Development and application of a mobile EU energy efficiency test device for heat pump water heaters

摘要: 为满足欧盟EN 16147:2017标准对热泵热水器能效测试的规范要求,研发了一套移动式热泵热水器能效测试装置。该装置可与国内现行GB/T 23137—2020测试实验室的供水及环境工况系统无缝兼容,能够实现能效指标的全流程自动化测试。验证结果表明,该装置测试数据与比对实验室测试结果偏差小于2%,测试精度完全满足欧标及国标相关要求。此外,该装置兼具改造成本低、测试耗时短、移动便捷、操作灵活等优势,可适配不同场景下的热泵热水器能效测试,具备较高的工程推广与实际应用价值。

Abstract: To meet the regulatory requirements of the European standard EN 16147:2017 for energy efficiency testing of heat pump water heaters, a mobile energy efficiency test device for heat pump water heaters has been developed. This device is seamlessly compatible with the water supply and environmental condition systems of existing domestic test laboratories built to GB/T 23137—2020, and enables full-process automated testing of all energy efficiency indicators. Verification results demonstrate that the deviation between the test data obtained from this device and the results from the reference laboratory is less than 2%, and its test accuracy fully satisfies the relevant requirements of both European and Chinese national standards. Furthermore, the device boasts the advantages of low retrofitting cost, short test cycle, convenient mobility and flexible operation. It is applicable to energy efficiency testing of heat pump water heaters in various scenarios, and possesses high engineering popularization and practical application value.
