冰箱机械室共振问题分析及优化

摘要: 冰箱噪音的主要激励源为机械室、风机、制冷管路系统等,其中冰箱机械室包括压缩机、橡胶垫、底板、冷凝器、吸排气管等是冰箱机械噪音的主要来源。冰箱机械室相关部件的设计直接决定了冰箱的噪音表现。本文以我司某款冰箱噪音改善为例,综合运用仿真优化,实验分析等方法,针对冰箱机械室共振问题提出了改善方案,成功解决了冰箱低频噪音大的问题,为冰箱机械室共振等问题的解决提供了方案。

Abstract: The main sources of refrigerator noise are mechanical room, fans, piping systems etc. The mechanical room includes a compressor, a rubber mat, a baseboard and suction pipes, which is the main source of mechanical noise in refrigerators. The design of the relevant parts of the mechanical room directly determines the noise performance of the refrigerator. Simulation optimization and experimental analysis are used in this paper to reduce the low frequency noise of the refrigerator as an example, which provided a solution to the problem of the resonance.
