基于CFD的风冷冰箱凝露结冰分析

摘要: 风冷冰箱在高温、高湿环境下使用时,用户开门储存食物易在冰箱冷藏间室产生凝露结冰现象。通过仿真研究分析某款冰箱的冷藏送风风道,发现风道的送风形式及风口出风速度对凝露有较大影响。研究结果表明,对送风风道送风形式进行优化改进,凝露问题有明显改善。

Abstract: When the air-cooled refrigerator is used in a high temperature and high humidity environment, the consumer opens the refrigerator to store food, it is easy to cause condensation and freezing in the refrigerator compartment. Through simulation research and analysis of the refrigerated air supply duct of a certain refrigerator, it is found that the air supply form of the air duct and the air outlet speed have a greater influence on condensation. The research results show that by optimizing and improving the air supply form of the air supply duct, the condensation problem has been significantly improved.
