冰箱橡胶脚垫噪声振动优化设计研究

摘要: 目前压缩机噪声源优化已经达到瓶颈,冰箱减振降噪的主要方向在传递路径上的消减,其中压缩机脚垫是压缩机振源向冰箱底板、侧板等振动传递路径上的第一道减振降噪措施,在降低冰箱整机振动传递路径上起着至关重要的作用。从固有频率、隔振率两个指标对脚垫进行了结构优化设计,实验结果表明,合理的优化压缩机脚垫可以有效避开压机共振区,改善冰箱噪声振动。

Abstract: At present, compressor noise source optimization has reached the bottleneck; therefore, the main direction of noise reduction of vibration is to optimize the noise transmission path. The compressor rubber pads are most important defense of preventing spread the compressor vibration source to the refrigerator plate and side panel, etc. It plays a vital role in preventing spread the noise. The paper optimizes the structure of the rubber pads from the two indexes of natural frequency and vibration isolation rate. The experimental results show that reasonable optimization of the compressor rubber pads can effectively avoid the compressor resonance zone and improve refrigerator noise and vibration.
