Research and application on calculation and evaluation method of vibration and noise of air conditioning pipeline system

Abstract: The vibration and acoustic radiation of air conditioning pipeline system were simulated by using the vibration and noise coupling simulation method. By establishing accurate finite element model and acoustic model of compressor pipeline, and using a standard excitation load to analyze the vibration of compressor pipeline system, the data of pipeline vibration stress and surface vibration velocity were obtained. The vibration data output from the finite element simulation is used as acoustic excitation to simulate the sound radiation, and then the external sound field data is calculated. This method can be used to evaluate the vibration and noise of the variable frequency air conditioner under the condition of full speed and guide the optimal design of the pipeline. Further to solve the noise problem of efficiency and the accuracy of the simulation calculation, a highly efficient noise prediction method is put forward, with the aid of computer programs to realize efficient noise, fast calculation and evaluation, and the accuracy of the calculation method is verified by experimental test, the method avoids the tedious acoustic simulation and the influence of the grid, and satisfy the business enterprise high efficient and accurate requirements for simulation technology is put forward.
