The analysis of the built-in microwave oven's package optimization in package impact test

Abstract: The sale of web marketing is one of the most important distribution channels. Due to the large volume and quality of the built-in microwave oven, as well as complexity and uncertainty of its transportation environment, the falling damage can regularly takes place. To the deformation of the microwave closure in package impact test, analysis the cause of falling damage, construct the mechanics model about damage, according to mechanical principle. Foam anti-vibration cushion liner is optimized, to achieve the purpose, which can obtain a more reasonable moment distribution and decrease the maximum bending moment value. After optimization, the maximum bending stress of the closure reduces to 50% of the original position. The failure problems of the closure deformation are solved through experimental verification. The above mentioned mechanics model plays an important theoretical guiding role in package design of large home appliance.
