Abstract: The noise level of electrical products directly affects the user experience and quality of life. The proficiency testing plan for the noise test of electrical products aims to examine the accuracy of the testing technicians' understanding of the current noise testing methods, as well as the noise testing ability of the participants. Through the analysis of the test results, it helps to discover the common technical problems in the test, provide reference information for the further development and improvement of the standards and testing technologies, and at the same time promote the participants to improve the detection level to ensure that the noise of electrical products meets the relevant standard requirements.
