Abstract: The spray system, as the core system of a dishwasher, is a direct reflection to the cleaning performance of the dishwasher. In response to the problem of the decrease in rotational speed of the rocker satellite spray arm during long-term test, there analyzes the force situation and different material effects of the rocker satellite spray arm during the motion, and then proposes a technical improvement based on the original structure design of the rocker satellite spray arm. With adding PTFE gaskets inside the satellite spray arm, the friction at the axis positions of the rocker satellite spray arm is reduced, ensuring the motion stability during long-term test and thus verifying the reliability of the rocker satellite spray arm. Finally it provides the theoretical reference and useful methods for developing the design of rocker satellite spray.
