Pylons material selection and structure design of electric water heater

Abstract: The design of the inner bracket of an electric water heater has a great influence on the load-bearing capacity of the electric water heater. In order to study its influence on the load-bearing performance of the electric water heater and summarize the design method, the strength simulation and experimental research of the inner bracket of the electric water heater were carried out. Through experimental research, the influence law of different materials and structures of the inner bracket on the load-bearing performance of the electric water heater was obtained. Based on experimental research, the influence law of different materials, lengths, thicknesses, widths, heights, and related angle changes on the load-bearing capacity of the electric water heater was obtained through finite element simulation analysis for different material and structural designs, providing theoretical guidance for the subsequent design of the inner bracket of the electric water heater.
