风冷冰箱排水系统降噪技术研究

摘要: 冰箱间室关门后,由于冰箱开门导致热空气的流入和室内温度的降低,间室内会形成负压,排水口作为平衡箱内压力的核心部件,通过排水管吸入空气进行箱内外气压的平衡,如蒸发皿中有水就会产生吸水噪声。通过研究间室内压力和温度的变化,分析吸水噪声的影响因素,提出一种可以平衡间室内负压的排水结构,消除吸水噪声,同时减少湿热空气从排水管中进入间室,提升耗电及储温性能。

Abstract: After the refrigerator closed, due to the door opening of the refrigerator, the inflow of hot air and the decrease of indoor temperature are caused. Negative pressure will be formed in the chamber. As the core part of balancing the pressure inside the box, the drain pipe absorbs air to balance the air pressure inside and outside the box. If there exists water in the evaporating dish, it will generate water absorption noise. By studying the changes of indoor pressure and temperature, the influencing factors of water absorption noise were analyzed. Propose a drainage structure that can balance the negative pressure in the chamber and eliminate water absorption noise. At the same time, reduce the hot and humid air from the drain pipe into the room, improve the power consumption and temperature storage performance.
