两档变容定速压缩机提升空调器SEER实验研究

摘要: 定速空调器低负荷工况频繁启停会造成能量损失,为提高SEER,可采用两档变容技术降低压缩机的启停频率,达到节能的目的。以印度市场为例,通过在家用空调器上搭载一种具有两档变容能力的定速压缩机,进行空调器性能测试,然后根据印度气候及年运行时间计算出SEER,并与其作为常规一档能力定速空调器的SEER进行比较,结果表明两档变容定速空调器SEER提升可达15%。

Abstract: Two-stage capacity Air conditioner can save more energy by improving SEER, through reducing compressor on/off frequency at low load conditions. By installing a 2-stage capacity compressor in an air conditioner unit, testing the performance and calculating the SEER according to the Indian climate temperature bin hours and ISO 16358-1-2013 standard, concluded that the SEER of the air conditioner unit as 2-stage capacity air conditioner can be improved approximately 15% higher than that of the unit as fixed single capacity air conditioner.
