摘要: 为了解决风循环的均匀性问题,提高箱体内温度均匀性,降低玻璃门凝露,基于卧式玻璃门风冷展示柜开展了风道结构的研究与分析。设计了一种采用两侧上部出风、右下侧回风的基本气流组织形式的送风方案,利用Fluent对风道结构进行优化,研究分析了送风口布置方式和送风口出风角度等参数对箱内温度均匀性的影响,得到了满足箱内温度均匀性不超过2℃,玻璃门凝露面积比例不高于5%的送风方案。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of the uniformity of the air circulation, improve the temperature uniformity in the box, and reduce the condensation of the glass door, studies and analyzes the air duct structure based on the horizontal glass door air-cooled display cabinet. An air supply scheme is designed that adopts the basic airflow organization form of air outlet from the upper part of both sides and return air from the lower right side. The air duct structure was optimized by Fluent, and the influence of parameters such as the arrangement of the air outlet and the outlet angle of the air outlet on the temperature uniformity in the box was studied and analyzed. An air supply scheme is obtained that satisfies the temperature uniformity in the box not to exceed 2°C and the proportion of condensation area of the glass door not higher than 5%.
