高转速高积厚转子式压缩机双支撑可靠性技术研究

摘要: 滚动转子式压缩机采用高积厚电机高转速运行对泵体结构影响显著。为研究双支撑结构对其可靠性的影响因素并确保结构具有可量产性,运用轴系润滑、流体等仿真方法以及实验手段,确认了滑动分体式双支撑结构对高积厚高转速压缩机可靠性的相关规律,并提出相应改善措施。结果表明:放大电机轴承间隙、小型化双支撑结构、在电机轴承处增加轴套以及优化内部流场,能够满足高转速高积厚压缩机的可靠性运行要求,同时具备可落地性。

Abstract: The high-speed operation of a rolling rotor compressor with a high-thickness motor has a significant impact on the pump structure. To improve its reliability by adopting a double-support structure, in order to study the factors affecting the reliability of the double-support structure and make the structure mass-producible, simulation methods such as shaft system lubrication and fluid as well as experiments are used to confirm the relevant laws of the sliding split-type double-support structure on the reliability of high-thickness and high-speed compressors, and corresponding improvement measures are proposed. The results show that by enlarging the motor bearing clearance, miniaturizing the double-support structure, adding a shaft sleeve to the motor bearing, and optimizing the internal flow field, the reliable operation and implementability of high-speed and high-thickness compressors can be satisfied.
