摘要: 随着现代生活水平的提高,空调已成为家庭和办公环境中不可或缺的电器设备。然而,空调长时间运行后,冷凝器上会积累大量灰尘、细菌和污垢,不仅影响制冷效率、元器件可靠性,还可能对室内空气质量造成不良影响。因此,空调冷凝器的自清洁功能显得尤为重要,针对空调冷凝器自清洁的效果使用对比实验的方法,经过6个工况测试确定了优化方案为提升外机结霜阶段的运行频率,同时执行内管过负荷限降频,该方案显著提升了外机结霜厚度,优化了自清洁效果。

Abstract: With the improvement of modern living standards, air-conditioning has become an indispensable electrical device in home and office environments. However, after a long period of operation of the air conditioner, a large amount of dust, bacteria and dirt will accumulate on the condenser, which not only affects the cooling efficiency and reliability of the components, but also have an adverse effect on indoor air quality. Therefore, the self-cleaning function of air-conditioner condenser is particularly important, For the effect of air-conditioning condenser self-cleaning using the method of comparative testing, after six working conditions test to determine the optimisation scheme to enhance the operating frequency of the outer unit frost stage, while the implementation of the inner tube overload limit frequency, the programme significantly improves the thickness of the outer unit frost, optimising the effect of self-cleaning.
