吸油烟装置油烟离心动态分离技术研究

摘要: 厨房油烟作为全球三大空气环境污染源之一,严重危害人类的健康,为解决油烟过滤净化的难题,急需寻找一种超高净化率的吸油烟机。通过实验测试对比应用了新型动态离心拦截装置功能的吸油烟机及其他烹饪烟气吸排装置与当前市场上的同类吸油烟机产品进行水蒸汽、油脂的分离及过滤效果进行对比,从而证实了离心动态拦截装置的产品对于过滤拦截直径小于PM10油烟颗粒具有更好的油脂分离及过滤效果,不仅提升烹饪作业环境的质量,也大大降低了对外部空气环境的质量的影响,必将引领行业新的发展动能,为绿色、环保可持续发展提供强有力的支撑。

Abstract: Kitchen fumes, as one of the three major sources of air pollution worldwide, pose a serious threat to human health. In order to the problem of fume filtration and purification, there is an urgent need to find a range hood with an ultra-high purification rate. By experimentally testing and comparing range hood with the new dynamic centrifugal interception device and other cooking fume exhaust devices with similar products on the market, it has been proven that the product with dynamic centrifugal interception device has better oil separation and filtration effects for fume particles with a diameter of less than PM10. This not only improves the quality the cooking environment but also greatly reduces the impact on the external air environment, which is bound to lead the industry's new development momentum and provide strong support for green environmental, and sustainable development.
