空调主控板振动可靠性研究

摘要: 主控板的可靠性对空调整机正常运行至关重要,各种振动激励对主控板的可靠性有着重大的考验,因此在进行主控板设计时应充分验证其抗振动可靠能力。针对主控板振动台扫频实验出现的整流桥引脚断裂脱落问题,采用CAE仿真分析和实验测试结合的方法对其失效机理进行研究,发现其失效是由于主控板一阶模态共振导致;提出了螺钉约束隔离振动传递的优化方案,通过仿真和实验验证了改善方案的有效性。

Abstract: The reliability of the main control board is very important to the normal operation of the air conditioning machine, and the reliability of the main control board is greatly tested by various vibration and shock excitation, so its anti-vibration ability should be fully verified when designing the main control board. The failure mechanism of the bridge pin breaking and falling off occurred in the sweep frequency experiment of the vibration table of the main control board is studied by combining CAE simulation analysis and experiment test. Then, an optimization scheme is proposed to isolate vibration transmission by adding screws. Finally, the effectiveness of the improved scheme is verified by simulation and experiment.
