转子压缩机低频滑片音机理及优化设计研究

摘要: 由于变频空调节能化趋势,压缩机转速越来越低,在低转速运行时极易出现滑片音,严重影响其性能及舒适性。为了探明滑片音产生的根源,通过分析滑片的二阶运动及润滑特性,建立了滚子压缩机的滑片摩擦动力学模型,对滑片音的产生机理及影响因素进行了理论分析及实验验证。结果表明,低频滑片音是由于摩擦力较大导致背部气体力不足以维持滑片先端与滚子接触而产生,一般发生在低压差工况的排气阶段;其主要影响因素为偏心量、摩擦系数以及滑片长度。最后,通过采用错位双竖槽及降低表面粗糙度等方案来降低其所受摩擦力,实验测试无“哒哒哒”的异常噪声,低频滑片音得到明显抑制,验证了模型的正确性,为压缩机在低转速下的性能及噪声设计提供了借鉴。

Abstract: Due to the energy-saving trend of inverter air conditioners, the speed of compressors is getting lower and lower. At low speeds, sliding vane sounds are prone to occur, which seriously affects their performance and comfort. To explore the root cause of the sliding vane sound, this paper analyzes the second-order motion and lubrication characteristics of the sliding vane and establishes a sliding vane friction dynamics model for the roller compressor. The generation mechanism and influencing factors of the sliding vane sound are theoretically analyzed and experimentally verified. The results show that the low-frequency sliding vane sound is caused by the large friction force, which makes the gas force at the back of the vane insufficient to maintain the contact between the vane tip and the roller, and it usually occurs during the exhaust stage under low pressure difference conditions. The main influencing factors are the eccentricity, friction coefficient, and vane length. Finally, the friction force is reduced by adopting the offset double vertical groove and reducing the surface roughness. The experimental test shows no abnormal noise like "dada", and the low-frequency sliding vane sound is significantly suppressed, verifying the correctness of the model and providing a reference for the performance and noise design of the compressor at low speeds.
