摘要: 压缩机可靠性是冰箱冷柜厂家向用户履行质保的前提条件之一,而对压缩机可靠性的评定,除过载试验,堵转试验外,还包括加速寿命以及启动耐久性试验,测试项目主要参考国家标准或各企业标准。但这些标准中并没有描述质保期与寿命项目、周期以及样本量的相互对应关系。本文主要基于Weibull分布和Arrhenius加速模型,统计同类产品的失效情况,结合预期寿命年限、目标失效率以及置信度区间来确定抽样方案和加速寿命的试验工况,为压缩机寿命设计提供一种论证方法。

Abstract: Compressor reliability is one of the prerequisites for refrigerator manufacturers to perform quality assurance to users. To evaluate the compressor reliability, beside overload test and lock rotor test, also includes accelerating life and starting durability test. The test items mainly refer to national standards or the standards of their respective enterprises. However, these standards do not describe the relationship between warranty period and reliability items, cycle and sample size. Based on weibull distribution and arrhenius acceleration model, the failure situation of similar products was counted. Combined with the life expectancy, target failure rate and confidence interval, the sampling scheme and the test condition of accelerated life were determined, so as to provide a demonstration method for compressor life design.
