摘要: 在燃气采暖热水炉中,热交换器的换热过程主要为对流换热和辐射换热,根据壁挂炉燃烧特性,辐射换热占比小,主要为对流换热,介绍一种大气式燃气采暖热水炉用新型圆管热交换器,热交换器由若干并联的翅片组成,翅片上根据仿真结果布置凸起结构,并在不影响烟气阻力的前提下在翅片的上部增加挡风折边改变烟气流向,以此提高换热器的换热器面积,换热管由圆管组成,组装简单。研究表明,该结构形式的圆管换热器具有体积小、热效率高、成本低、生产工艺简单、可实现模块化等优点,具有较高的开发价值。

Abstract: In the gas-fired heating water heater, the heat exchange process of the heat exchanger is mainly convection heat exchange and radiation heat exchange. According to the combustion characteristics of the wall mounted furnace, the radiation heat exchange accounts for a small proportion and is mainly convection heat exchange. Introduce a new round tube heat exchanger for the atmospheric gas-fired heating water heater. The heat exchanger is composed of several parallel fins, and the fins are arranged with convex structures according to the simulation results, and on the premise of not affecting the flue gas resistance, the wind-proof folding edge is added on the upper part of the fin to change the flue gas flow direction, so as to improve the heat exchanger area of the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger is composed of round tubes, and the assembly is simple. The research shows that the circular tube heat exchanger with this structure has the advantages of small volume, high thermal efficiency, low cost, simple production process and modularization, and has high development value.
