摘要: 干燥性能是洗碗机的基本指标之一,针对洗碗机普遍存在的风机通风干燥技术及其系统展开了分析,归结出空气流动状态单一、风干效率不均匀、排风气体冷凝不足等问题,进而提出了包含双风机混合式冷凝技术的进排气双向通风技术,通过可切换的风道设计和双风机的配合使用,实现进风模式和排风模式的集成。其中,在排风模式下,通过在风道内的混合冷凝,有效降低了排风的水汽含量,从而解决了洗碗机排气口冷凝水的问题。进一步地设计了双风机双向通风系统和多风机多模式通风系统,洗碗机洗涤腔形成持续动态变化的空气流动,各处风干效率更加均匀,达到了更好的促进干燥的效果。

Abstract: Drying performance is one of the basic indicators of dishwasher. Analyzes the fan drying technology and its system commonly using in dishwashers, and sums up the problems including fixed air flow state, uneven drying efficiency, insufficient condensation of exhaust gas, etc. Then it puts forward the air inlet and exhaust two-way ventilation technology including double fans mixing condensation technology, which realizes the integration of air inlet mode and exhaust mode through the switchable air duct design and the combined use of double fans. In the exhaust mode, through the mixing condensation in the air duct, the moisture content of the exhaust air is effectively reduced, so as to solve the problem of "dishwasher outlet condensate". Furthermore, designs the two-way ventilation system with double fans and the multi-mode ventilation system with multi-fans. Inside the dishwasher chamber, there forms the continuously changing air flow, which can achieve the even drying efficiency everywhere and the better drying performance.
