Anti-counterfeiting design of filter element based on RFID and application in the Internet of Things

Abstract: The main function of the filter element is to filter and purify water. There are many kinds of filter elements on the market, and the material quality and filtering effectiveness are uneven. In order to screen the high-quality filter element and ensure the quality of water in the family, the RFID filter anti-counterfeiting technology is designed and researched in the water purifier. Through this technology, the data interaction between the control system of the water purifier and the electronic tags embedded in the filter element has been achieved and the accuracy of information such as the code, production date, and specifications of electronic tags has been verified. According to the service life of the filter element, the opening time of the pump and the valve, the water flow and other data, the control logic of the water purifier is optimized to meet the high-quality water needs of users. Finally, the application of RFID technology in the Internet of Things is introduced.
