Abstract: The efficiency of the air supply motor used in the air conditioning supply system is one of the main factors affecting the air conditioning supply efficiency. Currently, traditional induction motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors are commonly used for air supply motors, such as single-phase AC asynchronous motors, three-phase AC asynchronous motors, brushless DC motors and so on. From the perspective of the development of motor technology, there is still a lot of room for improvement in the topology of these motors. Therefore, the application of air supply motors with better topology and electromagnetic characteristics is an important way to improve the efficiency of the air supply system. Based on the design of the air conditioning supply system, in response to the problems of large motor shaft power, large volume, and large turbulence at the top of the fan inlet faced by large-diameter fans with air conditioning heat transfer requirements, a supply motor scheme using axial flux motors is first proposed, resulting in a smaller and more efficient motor topology structure; Secondly, by introducing the imported turbulent mass into the fast and intelligent full three-dimensional fan blade design method, an efficient rectifying fan blade is designed. Compared with traditional fans, the new type of fan has improved the overall air supply efficiency by 11%, providing new ideas for the design of subsequent air conditioning supply systems.
