摘要: 针对组合式空调机组上电电机启动时电机断路器开关跳闸的现象,首先初步判断导致断路器跳闸的故障原因,通过对导致断路器跳闸原因的分析,分析不同功率定频电机启动方式对启动电流的影响,从电机本体参数分析出发,对断路器特性电流分析,双速电机高速启动时电流曲线分析,得出断路器跳闸的根本原因,并给出如何合理的选取断路器能避免电机启动时断路器跳闸的有效结论。针对此类电器问题要注意对元器件测试异常,需要进行系统分析,不能单独分析某一个零部件,注意相互间关联性。

Abstract: Aiming at the phenomenon that the motor circuit breaker trips when the combined air conditioner unit is powered on and the motor starts. Firstly, determine the cause of the circuit breaker tripping. Through the analysis of the cause of the circuit breaker tripping, analyze the influence of different power fixed-frequency motor starting methods on the starting current. Starting from the analysis of the motor parameters, the circuit breaker characteristic current is analyzed. The analysis of the current curve when the high-speed motor starts at high speed, draws the root cause of the circuit breaker tripping, and gives an effective conclusion on how to select the circuit breaker reasonably to avoid the circuit breaker tripping when the motor starts. For this kind of electrical problems, it is necessary to pay attention to the abnormal component test, which requires systematic analysis. It is not possible to analyze a certain component separately, and pay attention to the interrelationship.
