基于静电吸附原理的空调器净化功能研究

摘要: 新风空调通常采用Hepa滤网进行新风净化,为实现无耗材净化,此研究以导电胶片作为集尘极,验证它对新风净化的效果。通过对净化过程中的荷电过程和吸附过程进行理论分析,建立了简易的数值计算模型,并针对现有结构尺寸下的样件进行了测试分析。通过测试结果与数值模型计算发现,当新风风速达到8.2 m/s时,电子滤芯厚度需要达到71.5 mm以上才有较好的净化效果。在现有的新风空调结构下,静电除尘技术难以替代Hepa滤网。

Abstract: Hepa filter screen is usually used for fresh air purification in fresh air conditioning. In order to achieve no consumable purification, using conductive film as a dust collector to verify its effect on fresh air purification. Through the theoretical analysis of the charging process and adsorption process in the purification process, a simple numerical calculation model is established, and the samples under the existing structural dimensions are tested and analyzed. Through the test results and numerical model calculation, it is found that when the fresh air speed reaches 8.2 m/s, the thickness of the electronic filter element needs to reach more than 71.5 mm to have a better purification effect. Under the existing structure of fresh air conditioning, electrostatic precipitator technology is difficult to replace Hepa filter screen.
