Analysis and research on abnormal attenuation of low frequency capacity of variable frequency rotor compressor

摘要: 压缩机是空调器的核心部件,其是否正常运行直接决定着空调器的使用效果。随着大宗原材料的涨价以及空调市场价格战越演越烈,各大空调器厂商都尝试着将各类新技术用于空调器的开发,从而降低空调器的成本,如铝管换热器、铝制电机、小排量压缩机应用等。主要研究了小型化压缩机在柜式空调上的应用,而在应用过程中出现能力异常衰减现象。为确认该问题发生的根源,通过在该系统中增加多个可视化视镜并进行相关实验测试研究,在测试过程中观察和记录实验样机中制冷剂在系统不同位置的状态变化现象,结合相关的实验数据进行综合分析,查找问题根源,从而寻找问题的改善或解决方法。

Abstract: The compressor is the core component of the air conditioner, and its normal operation directly determines the use effect of the air conditioner. With the increase of the price of bulk raw materials and the increasingly fierce price war in the air conditioner market, the major air conditioner manufacturers are trying to apply various new technologies to the development of the air conditioner, so as to reduce the cost of the air conditioner, such as the application of aluminum tube heat exchanger, aluminum motor and small displacement compressor. Mainly study the application of miniaturized compressor in cabinet type air conditioning, and the abnormal attenuation of capacity occurs in the application process. In order to confirm the root cause of the problem, a number of visual mirrors in the system are added and relevant experimental test research are conducted. During the test, the state change phenomenon of refrigerant in different positions of the system in the experimental prototype is observed and recorded. Combined with the relevant experimental data, comprehensive analysis is carried out to find the root cause of the problem, so as to find the improvement or solution to the problem.
