摘要: 曲轴是压缩机泵体核心零部件,随着制冷压缩机的小型化、高效优质化,对泵体零部件的要求也愈发严格,曲轴的制造工艺也变得更加复杂。从曲轴的材质合理选用,局部强化处理、加工不良因素分析、表面处理等方面进行分析,在制造过程中合理规避影响因素,提升曲轴品质。

关键词: 曲轴加工, 磨削工艺, 工艺方法, 表面处理, 磷化, 钼化

Abstract: Crankshaft is the core part of pump body of compressor. With the miniaturization, high efficiency and high quality of refrigeration compressor, the requirements for pump body parts become more stringent and the manufacturing process of crankshaft becomes more complicated. By analysing the material selection of crankshaft, local strengthening treatment, analysis of poor machining factors and surface treatment, etc. In order to avoid influencing factors reasonably and improve the quality of crankshaft during the manufacturing process.
