摘要: 随着人们生活水平的提高,用户对家庭烹饪的要求也在不断提高。用户期望能用烤箱等厨电烹饪出更丰富、更美味的食物。然而对于很多食谱而言,判断食物烹饪成熟需要较多的经验,而且烹饪所需时间成本较高,用户更希望能一次成功。针对用户痛点,研究了一些品类的食物在烹饪过程中的传感信息变化,并在不同结束时机测试其口感参数,寻找最合适的成熟时机,从而实现烤箱烹饪食物的成熟自动感知,使烹饪效果最佳,满足用户的期望。

Abstract: With the improvement of people's living standards, users' requirements for home cooking are also increasing. Users expect to be able to cook richer and tastier food with ovens and other appliances. However, for many recipes, judging the maturity of food requires more experience, and the cost of cooking time is high, so users prefer to succeed at once. In view of the user's pain points, the sensor information changes of some kinds of food in the cooking process were studied, and the taste parameters were tested at different end times to find the most appropriate ripe time, so as to realize the automatic perception of oven cooking food maturity, to achieve the best cooking effect and meet the user's expectation.
