风管机恒风量控制方法研究

Study on control method of constant air volume of the ceiling ducted type indoor units

摘要: 根据风机-风道特性曲线,分析了风机系统随风道阻力变化的规律,并基于实验数据分析了恒转速和恒风量下,风量、功率和转速等参数之间的关系,提出了一种基于风机功率检测的恒风量控制方法,通过该恒风量控制方法识别的静压误差在4%以内,风量误差在6%以内。

Abstract: According to the fan-air duct characteristic curve, the law of changing of the fan system depending on the duct resistance is analyzed, as well as the relationship between air volume, power and revolution speed and other parameters on the premises of constant revolution speed and constant air volume based on the experimental data, and from which a constant air volume control method based on fan power checking is raised. The error of the static pressure auto-identified by this method can be maintained within 4%, and within 6% for air volume.
