摘要: 为分析橡胶垫结构参数对其减振能力的影响,基于响应曲面法建立了各结构参数对橡胶垫刚度的数学模型,分析了各结构因子对刚度的影响规律。探讨了橡胶垫在实际使用条件下的减振失效机理,提出了一种考虑稳健性的新型橡胶垫结构。与常规结构相比,该结构在不影响原有减振能力的前提下,可有效降低橡胶垫使用过程中减振失效的概率,提高橡胶垫的减振可靠性。

Abstract: In order to analyze the influence of structural parameters of rubber pad on its damping capacity, the mathematical model of structural parameters on the stiffness of rubber pad is established based on response surface methodology, and the influence of structural factors on stiffness is analyzed. The failure mechanism of rubber pad under actual using conditions is discussed, and a new structure considering robustness is proposed. Compared with conventional structures, this structure can effectively reduce the probability of damping failure during the use of rubber pads without affecting the original damping capacity, and improve the reliability of rubber pads.
