温度载荷下的格栅变形分析及其结构设计

摘要: 空调出风格栅主要用于保护用户的使用安全,同时不能对空调性能产生较大影响。但在制热工况下,格栅筋条会受热膨胀,导致筋条弯曲变形,严重影响空调外观,并且还将产生安全隐患。针对此问题,建立了格栅在受热情况下的数学模型,对格栅的稳定性进行了分析,同时通过对比分析多种解决变形问题的方案,最终给出最优的解决方案,并提出一种设计格栅的通用化公式。为验证方案的可行性,开展了手板试验,并对噪声以及出风量进行了测试和对比,结果表明,该方案不仅成本经济,而且能在不影响噪声和风量表现的前提下有效解决格栅变形问题。

Abstract: The air conditioning outlet grille is mainly used to protect the safety of users and cannot have a significant impact on the performance of the air conditioning. However, under heating conditions, the grid ribs will expand due to heat, causing the ribs to bend and deform, seriously affecting the appearance of the air conditioner, and also creating safety hazards. In response to this issue, a mathematical model of the grid under heating conditions was established, and the stability of the grid was analyzed. At the same time, various solutions to deformation problems were compared and analyzed, and the optimal solution was finally given. A universal formula for designing the grid was proposed. To verify the feasibility of the scheme, hand board experiments were conducted, and noise and air output were tested and compared. The results showed that the scheme is not only economical, but also can effectively solve the problem of grid deformation without affecting the performance of noise and air volume.
