Structural optimization design and implementation of fresh air system of wall-mounted air conditioner

摘要: 近年来,随着经济发展,人们对生活品质要求的提升,新风空调在市场上的需求增加。但是由于新风模块制造成本偏高,导致新风推广使用难度较大。为了降低新风模块生产成本,现提出一种新风模块设计方案,通过对新风模块结构零件进行优化设计,仅采用单个进风罩与蜗壳来实现新风功能。并对减少零件产生的噪声与风量问题进行理论分析与实验验证。验证结果表明:该方案能有效降低新风的生产与制造成本,且保持新风风量与噪声。

Abstract: In recent years, with the development of economy and the improvement of people's requirements for quality of life, the demand for fresh air conditioning in the market has increased. However, due to the high manufacturing cost of fresh air module, it is difficult to promote the use of fresh air. In order to reduce the production cost of the fresh air module, this paper proposes a design scheme of the fresh air module. By optimizing the structural parts of the fresh air module, only a single inlet hood and volute are used to realize the fresh air function. The theoretical analysis and experimental verification are carried out to reduce the noise and air volume generated by the parts. The verification results show that the scheme can effectively reduce the production and manufacturing cost of fresh air, and maintain the fresh air volume and noise.
