摘要: 研究并分析了无电解电容变频器的系统特性,电压电流随着网侧输入电压频率的二倍频脉动的特点,针对性地分析了对应的系统控制方案和控制方法。同时,针对无电解电容变频器的系统特性,弱磁控制不稳定和极易失控的特点,提出了一种适用于无电解电容变频器的弱磁控制方法,并在实际负载系统条件下验证了该弱磁控制方法在无电解电容变频器控制系统中的控制稳定性,同时对能效的提升改善效果。

Abstract: Research and analysis of the characteristics of an electrolytic capacitor-less Inverter system, which voltage and current both ripple with twice the frequency of input grid voltage. Study and analysis of the corresponding control techniques for electrolytic capacitor-less Inverter system. Moreover, combining with the characteristics of electrolytic capacitor-less Inverter, most important ,flux weakening is very easy to be unstable and out of control. To solve this problem , a novel flux weakening method for electrolytic capacitor-less Inverter system is proposed. The proposed method is validated by Load experiments , test and verify the control stability of the electrolytic capacitor-less Inverter system. Accordingly, the motor efficiency is improved .
