摘要: 智能功率模块IPM是家电变频控制板的核心部件,IPM常见的失效方式是内部功率器件的温度过高而损坏,内置温度传感器已或多或少的成为IPM的标准配置。然而不同型号IPM的温度输出方式不尽相同,为了提高IPM温度保护功能的可靠性以及避免降低变频控制板的使用寿命,对市场主流应用于白电的IPM系列的温度输出功能进行分析汇总与试验研究,有针对性的提出软硬件设计的方法和要点,并通过试验和量产数据证明该方法可以有效降低IPM过温失效率。

Abstract: The intelligent power module IPM is the core component of the home appliance inverter control board. The common failure mode of the IPM is that the temperature of the internal power device is too high and damaged. The built-in temperature sensor has more or less become the standard configuration of the IPM. However, the temperature output methods of different types of IPM are not the same. In order to improve the reliability of IPM temperature protection function and avoid reducing the service life of frequency conversion control board. This article analyzes, summarizes and experimentally studies the temperature output functions of the IPM series that are mainstream in the market for white appliances, and proposes targeted software and hardware design methods and key points, and passed test and mass production data prove that this method can greatly reduce the over-temperature failure rate of IPM.
