贯流风管机送风舒适性及安装方式影响的研究

摘要: 为提升风管机的制冷、制热送风舒适性,以及典型两种回风方式下的风量、性能和噪声影响,区别于现有的吹风式离心风管机,研究提供了一种吸风式的贯流风管机。不仅在箱体尺寸上具有优势,适应更多的安装场景,而且在送风舒适性上也具有优势,制冷送风高度更高,避免冷风吹人;制热送风高度更低,可实现暖风提前落地,热风暖脚。同时模拟了后回风和下回风两种进风方式,在保证进风宽度的前提下,下回风在风量和制冷制热效果上可基本无影响,但噪声偏高。

Abstract: In order to improve the comfort of air apply for cooling and heating, of the air duct machine, as well as the impact of air volume, performance, and noise under two typical return air modes, and to distinguish it from existing centrifugal air duct machines with blowing, a suction type cross flow air duct machine has been studied and provided. Not only can it achieve advantages in box size and adapt to more installation scenarios, but it also has advantages in air supply comfort. The cooling air supply height is higher to avoid cold air blowing people, and the heating air supply height is lower, which can achieve early landing of warm air and warm feet with hot air. At the same time, two air inlet methods, rear return air and bottom return air, were simulated. While ensuring the width of the air inlet, the bottom return air has little impact on the air volume and cooling and heating effect, but the noise is relatively high.
