摘要: 建立油分离器的数学模型,可以帮助设计人员评估其性能并优化设计,以实现其最佳性能。对油滴在油分离器中运动进行了分析,结合两相流中液滴尺寸分布,建立了基于停留时间法的油分离器效率计算模型,同时进行试验测试对模型进行了验证,分离效率偏差不超过5%。

Abstract: Establishing a mathematical model of an oil separator can help designers evaluate its performance and optimize the design to achieve the best performance. The motion of oil droplets in the oil separator is analyzed, and a calculation model of oil separator efficiency based on residence time method is established in combination with the size distribution of droplets in the two-phase flow. At the same time, experimental tests are carried out to validate the model, and the deviation of the separation efficiency is not more than 5%.
