欧洲R290与R32变频空调性能对比实验研究

Comparative study on performance of European R290 and R32 variable frequency air conditioners

摘要: 作为天然工质,R290凭借其良好的环保性能优点,成为家用空调领域重要替代环保制冷剂。通过对R290和R32热工性能进行理论对比,并通过实验对比验证了同配置换热器下两种制冷剂变频空调器的能力和能效,结果表明,当R290的充注量仅为R32的54%时,通过调试R290空调器可达到与R32空调器相同的能力和同等水平的能效,证明R290制冷剂可以很好地替代R32制冷剂。

Abstract: As a natural working medium, R290 has become important alternative refrigerant in the field of room conditioning due to its good environmental performance. Compared the thermal performance of R290 and R32, and verified the ability and energy efficiency of two variable frequency air conditioners with the same configuration of heat exchangers by experimental comparison. The results show that when the charging amount of R290 is only 54% of R32, the R290 air conditioner can achieve the same ability and the same level of energy efficiency with R32 air conditioner by debugging. Proved R290 refrigerant can be a good substitute for R32 refrigerant.
