Mini滚筒式洗干一体机洗涤与烘干性能提升技术

摘要: Mini滚筒式洗干一体机因盛放衣物的内筒直径小、摔打洗涤力度不足导致洗净比较低;其采用的直排烘干方式,湿热空气100%排出,导致内嵌柜子或者墙壁会出现凝露。鉴于此,开发适配其内筒、外筒结构的洗涤、烘干方式,通过在内筒后壁增加搅拌结构提高洗净比达到国家A级标准,同时在外筒后壁增加冷凝湿热空气中的水分的片式金属冷凝盘,以减少50%以上的湿热空气排放并提升40%以上的烘干速度,该冷凝直排式烘干技术满足烘干后含水率控制在±3%的要求。为后续用于Mini滚筒洗衣机提高洗净比的方案以及带有直排出风口的洗干一体机的烘干提效方案提供理论及实践方面的思路指导,支撑Mini滚筒洗衣机高洗净、快速烘干性能的发展需求。

Abstract: The mini drum-type washer-dryers often suffer from low Washing Efficiency Index due to their small inner drum diameter, which limits the tumbling action. Furthermore, its direct-exhaust drying method expels 100% of the hot, humid air, leading to condensation issues on adjacent cabinets or walls. To address these problems, washing and drying methods specifically adapted to its inner and outer drum structures were developed. By adding an agitator structure to the back wall of the inner drum, the cleaning ratio was increased to meet the national grade A standard. Additionally, a metal condensing fin is integrated onto the back wall of the outer drum to condense moisture from the hot, humid air. The reduces hot, humid air emissions by over 50% while simultaneously increasing drying speed by over 40%, achieving a condensed direct-exhaust drying technology that controls post-drying moisture content within ±3%. This research provides theoretical and practical guidance for subsequent solutions aimed at enhancing the cleaning ratio in mini drum washers and improving the drying efficiency of washer-dryers equipped with direct exhaust vents. It supports the advancement of mini drum washers towards high cleaning performance and rapid drying capabilities.
