Preparation and application of sebum contaminated fabric for washing machine testing

摘要: 对GB/T 4288—2025标准中规定的皮脂污染布制备工艺的可行性与制得的皮脂污染布的可靠性开展验证研究,对污染液稳定性、污染布均匀性、储存稳定性及实际应用性能展开测试。结果表明,该方法配制的皮脂污染液稳定性良好,比吸光度达96.09%;以此染制的皮脂污染布洗前反射率(23.4%~26.9%),通过了均匀性检验和稳定性检验,参比机洗净率满足标准要求;在实际应用中,该污染布可明显区分不同机型、不同洗涤程序的洗衣机洗净性能差异,洗净比区分度显著。研究证实,GB/T 4288—2025标准提供的皮脂污染布制备方法科学可靠,制得的成品性能稳定、适用性强,可为该标准在洗衣机洗净性能检测中的实施与应用提供可靠支撑。

Abstract: The feasibility of the preparation process for Sebum contaminated fabric specified in GB/T 4288—2025 and the reliability of the as-fabricated contaminated fabric was verified. Systematic tests were performed to evaluate the stability of the Sebum contaminated solution, the homogeneity and storage stability of the sebum contaminated fabric, and its practical application performance. The results reveal that the sebum contaminated solution prepared via the method delivers favorable stability with a specific absorbance of 96.09%. The pre-washing reflectance of the resultant sebum contaminated fabric ranges from 23.4% to 26.9%, meeting the qualification criteria for homogeneity and storage stability tests, while the washing rate measured by the reference washing machine complies with standard specifications. In practical testing, the sebum contaminated fabric effectively differentiates the washing ability of washing machines with various types and washing programs, showing a significant washing ratio distinction. The prescribed preparation method is validated to be scientific and reliable, and the finished product features stable performance and strong applicability, thereby providing robust support for the implementation of GB/T 4288—2025 in household washing machine washing ability testing.
