滚筒洗衣机箱体振动分析及优化

摘要: 滚筒洗衣机在高转速下,因衣物偏心造成外桶振动,从而产生箱体振动噪声等问题。对某滚筒洗衣机箱体振动大的问题进行分析,通过对箱壳进行模态分析,获得箱壳固有频率和振型,对箱壳结构进行优化,提高箱壳固有频率,通过试验验证,箱体最大振动降低66.8%以上。

Abstract: At high speed, the outer drum vibrates because of eccentricity of clothes, which causes vibration and noise of the drum Washing machine. The natural frequency and vibration mode of the box are obtained through the modal analysis of the box shell. The structure of the box shell is optimized to improve the natural frequency of the box shell. Through the experimental verification, the maximum vibration of the box body is reduced by more than 66.8%.
